Payment

Payment is required at time of ordering & is taken via PayPal, this is the safest method of payment for both parties & gives the most online security.

Orders can be placed either via our webshop or directly through our Facebook page.

Postage

All of our orders are carefully picked & packaged into sturdy postal boxes and are sent via Rotal Mail 1st class Recorded post for a standard charge of £2.95

Hair Accessory orders will be sent within 2-3 working days unless it is a busy seasonal time, however updated postage times will be put both on our wrbsite & social media pages.

Clothing order timescales will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Returns

We can accept returns & exchanges of hair bows provided they are in the exact perfect saleable condition we sent them and we have been contacted first to authorise this. Once authorised a returns number will be generated and an address provided.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on handmade clothing items as these are made to exact requests, unless they are faulty.

Safety Notice

All of our products contain small parts and are bought solely at your own risk. We advise they are only worn with adult supervision. While great care has been taken in making our bows and clothing some small parts may become loose at times and we advise children do not suck/chew the items which may cause them to come apart.

Can I alter my order?

Please contact us after you've placed your order to discuss this. Providing we haven't already posted it then items can be added on or changed, if it has already been packaged up then a new order will need to be placed

Can I change designs?

Yes you can providing we have the correct stock.

Do you offer bespoke items?

We can offer a bespoke service, please conatct us to discuss

Can I have a bow as a headband?

Most designs aren't advertised on the website as headbands however we can make any bow into either a hard ribbon covered headband or a soft stretchy baby headband for an additional charge, you just need to contact us.

Can I order for next day delivery?

Yes we can post next day delivery if an order is received by 2pm, this is charged at £7.95
